- ✕ Multiple refund requests from the same user.

- ✕ User dissatisfaction resulting from features clearly described before purchase.
- ✕ Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or outages.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.
Promotional Purchases
Purchases made using discount codes, promotional offers, special pricing campaigns, or limited-time sales may be subject to separate refund restrictions disclosed during purchase.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider without first contacting us:
- Account access may be suspended.
- Future purchases may be restricted.
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
