  • User dissatisfaction resulting from features clearly described before purchase.
  • Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or outages.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.

Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Promotional Purchases

Purchases made using discount codes, promotional offers, special pricing campaigns, or limited-time sales may be subject to separate refund restrictions disclosed during purchase.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider without first contacting us:
